1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using jilbd online gaming platform (the "Service"), you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") in their entirety. This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and jilbd (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the jilbd website located at https://jilbd.io and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and not register for an account. Continued use of the Service after posting of modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to ensure you remain informed of its contents.

This Agreement incorporates by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or terms posted on the jilbd platform. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and game-specific terms, the game-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that specific game or service.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for a jilbd account and use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have reached the minimum age of 21 years and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. jilbd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through submission of government-issued identification documents including National ID card, Passport, or Driver's License.

Any account found to be registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and winnings voided. jilbd takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates with parents, guardians, and authorities to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jilbd services are intended for residents of Bangladesh and players physically located within Bangladesh territory at the time of account registration and gameplay. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. jilbd may use geolocation technology to verify your physical location and reserves the right to refuse service or suspend accounts found to be accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Bangladesh. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. Accounts registered with false, misleading, or fraudulent information will be terminated immediately.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use jilbd services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification; date of birth; email address; mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh; residential address; preferred username and secure password. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each person is permitted only one jilbd account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. jilbd employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns.

3.2 Account Verification

jilbd may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or at any time during your use of the Service. Verification typically involves submitting clear, legible copies or photographs of: government-issued photo identification (National ID, Passport, Driver's License); proof of address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence); proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile banking app, bank statement showing account holder name). Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilbd account credentials including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. jilbd will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately to [email protected].

You agree to notify jilbd immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify jilbd of the security breach. jilbd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security, particularly for accounts with high balances or frequent large transactions.

3.4 Account Restrictions

jilbd accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, loan, or otherwise transfer your account to another person or legal entity. Accounts found to have been transferred will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited. jilbd reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual for any reason or no reason, and to limit the number of accounts opened from a single household, IP address, device, or payment method.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilbd accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh residents: bKash mobile financial service; Nagad mobile financial service; Rocket mobile financial service; bank transfers from major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others; Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards where permitted. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and jilbd reserves the right to add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status: unverified accounts may deposit up to ৳10,000 per transaction and ৳50,000 per week; verified accounts may deposit up to ৳100,000 per transaction and ৳1,000,000 per week. Deposits are typically credited to your jilbd account within 60 seconds for mobile financial services and within 2-24 hours for bank transfers depending on processing times by the financial institution.

jilbd does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges outside of jilbd's control. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment providers. Deposits made in currencies other than Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) will be converted at prevailing exchange rates set by jilbd's payment processors, which may include a small conversion markup.

4.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jilbd account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, funds that belong to third parties, or funds deposited on behalf of another person. jilbd reserves the right to request documentation proving the source and legitimacy of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in deposit refunds and account suspension.

4.4 Deposit Errors & Reversals

If you believe a deposit was processed incorrectly or funds were not credited to your account, you must notify jilbd support within 48 hours of the transaction. Include transaction reference numbers, screenshots, and any supporting documentation. jilbd will investigate all deposit discrepancies and work with payment providers to resolve issues. However, we cannot guarantee recovery of funds if the error was caused by incorrect information provided by you during the deposit process (e.g., wrong account number, wrong payment method selected).

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawals must be requested to the same payment method used for deposit unless circumstances prevent this (e.g., payment method no longer available, account closed). Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are: ৳50,000 per transaction for unverified accounts; ৳500,000 per transaction and ৳2,000,000 per week for verified accounts. Higher limits may be available for VIP players upon request.

Withdrawal processing times are: mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) processed within 24 hours and typically completed within 1-3 hours during business hours; bank transfers processed within 24 hours and completed within 2-5 business days depending on your bank's processing speed. Processing times begin after successful account verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Bangladesh public holidays may experience delays.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass full identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). This requires submitting valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as described in Section 3.2. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion. jilbd recommends completing verification immediately after account registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.

Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance. See Section 7 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details on wagering requirements applicable to each type of bonus.

5.3 Withdrawal Refusals

jilbd reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse a withdrawal request under the following circumstances: account identity verification has not been completed; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; breach of these Terms & Conditions; outstanding bonus wagering requirements not satisfied; ongoing investigation into account activity; technical errors affecting the withdrawal system; or requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Where jilbd refuses a withdrawal, we will notify you with the reason and the steps required to resolve the situation.

6. Betting Rules & Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jilbd are subject to the specific rules for the relevant game or sporting event. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Minimum bet amounts are displayed within each game or market. Maximum bet amounts may vary by game, market, account status, and jilbd's internal risk management policies. jilbd reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts for any player at any time.

Bets once placed are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except in markets where a "Cash Out" feature is explicitly offered. Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon confirmation of the outcome. In the event of a technical error during a bet settlement, jilbd reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes at our sole discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on jilbd cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test series, ODI series, and other international tournaments. All cricket betting is governed by the official rules of the relevant tournament as determined by its governing body (ICC, BCCI, BCB, etc.). In the event a match is abandoned, suspended, or declared a no-result, jilbd will follow standard industry settlement procedures: incomplete matches of fewer than the minimum required overs will typically be voided and stakes refunded unless specific market rules state otherwise. Postponed or rescheduled matches will remain open for settlement if the match is completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

Live in-play betting is subject to slight delays and rapidly changing odds. Bets accepted after the relevant event (e.g., a wicket falling, a boundary being hit) will be voided if jilbd determines the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome. jilbd's trading team monitors live markets and reserves the right to suspend markets, restrict bet amounts, or void suspicious bets at any time during live events.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on jilbd, including live dealer tables and RNG (Random Number Generator) slots, are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. All RNG games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot game are displayed in the game information panel. Live casino tables operate under standard international casino rules for each respective game (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, etc.) with variations noted where applicable. In the event of a disputed outcome, the result recorded in jilbd's server logs shall be considered definitive.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility & Claiming

Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Accepting a bonus while another is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who have self-excluded from jilbd or who have active deposit limits set below the minimum qualifying deposit for the relevant promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by jilbd are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing). Specific wagering multipliers for each promotion are displayed in the promotion terms and conditions at the time the bonus is claimed. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — unused or partially wagered bonuses that expire will be removed from accounts without compensation.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically: slot games contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements; live casino games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) contribute 10-20% per bet; sports bets at odds of 1.5 or higher contribute 100% per settled bet. Specific contribution percentages for all game categories are listed in the bonus terms. jilbd reserves the right to modify contribution percentages with notice.

7.3 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

jilbd strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimizing risk (e.g., covering all outcomes, arbitrage betting); colluding with other players to pool bonuses; claiming bonuses using stolen payment methods or false identities. Any player found to have abused bonus terms will have their account suspended, all bonuses voided, winnings derived from bonus play forfeited, and may be permanently banned from jilbd.

8. Responsible Gaming

jilbd is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide tools to help all players maintain healthy gambling habits. Self-imposed limits including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits are available to all players through account settings and take effect immediately upon setting. Increases to self-imposed limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect.

Players who believe their gambling has become uncontrolled may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from jilbd. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months for temporary exclusions and is permanent for indefinite self-exclusions. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications immediately. jilbd reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures including mandatory loss limits, cooling-off periods, or account closure if our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the player has self-requested these measures. Such actions are taken in the best interests of the player and are not subject to appeal for a minimum of 30 days. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilbd and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using jilbd for any purpose related to concealing the origins of illegally obtained funds, including depositing and withdrawing without significant gambling activity.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods; providing false identity information; obtaining funds through deception.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one jilbd account in any circumstances, including after a previous account has been closed.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any competitive game format.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with jilbd in place of human interaction.
• Hacking & System Manipulation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jilbd systems, manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or interfere with other players' accounts or experiences.
• Match Fixing: Betting on events in which you have insider knowledge of predetermined outcomes or participating in any form of match manipulation.
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using jilbd platform for commercial purposes including operating an unlicensed betting agency, offering credit betting services, or acting as intermediary between jilbd and third-party bettors without written authorization.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior directed at jilbd staff, support agents, live casino dealers, or other players via any jilbd communication channel.

jilbd may report suspected illegal activity, including fraud and money laundering, to relevant Bangladeshi law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units. We cooperate fully with official investigations and may be required by law to disclose account information without prior notice to the account holder.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilbd platform — including but not limited to software, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, page layouts, written content, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the property of jilbd or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on jilbd without prior written permission from jilbd or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorized use of jilbd intellectual property may constitute trademark or copyright infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability. Game content (slot graphics, live casino streams, sports data) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and data suppliers — Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others — and is licensed to jilbd for use on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

jilbd provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Service. While we strive for 99.8% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, internet disruptions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

11.2 Gambling Losses

jilbd is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through the use of our platform by you or any third party accessing your account. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and the possibility of loss. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk and that jilbd is not responsible for the outcome of any game, bet, or wager. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling budget and making informed betting decisions.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilbd's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilbd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. jilbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by jilbd

jilbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete identity verification; abuse of bonuses or promotions; problem gambling concerns where intervention is deemed necessary for player welfare; regulatory requirements; commercial decisions. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for other reasons, the remaining balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your jilbd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Please allow up to 5 business days for account closure requests to be processed. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance before or immediately after the closure request. Balances remaining in closed accounts will be held for 90 days and then released to the player upon verified request. After 90 days without contact, dormant balances below ৳500 may be forfeited. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of jilbd services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint, including your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, any transaction reference numbers, and a clear description of what occurred and what resolution you are seeking. 13.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate the complaint to our management team by replying to the original support ticket and requesting escalation. Management will review escalated complaints within 10 business days. jilbd's decision on escalated complaints is final and binding. In circumstances where a complaint involves a technical dispute regarding a game outcome, jilbd's server logs are considered the authoritative record and shall take precedence over any client-side information or player recollection.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal complaint procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. You agree that any claim or dispute you have against jilbd must be resolved individually and you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action against jilbd.

14. Changes to Terms

jilbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation, or urgent security concerns, in which case changes may take effect immediately. Non-material changes (e.g., clarifications, formatting corrections, contact detail updates) may be made without advance notice.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always accessible via the link in the website footer. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of jilbd after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
